Tässä ihastuttavassa mökissä on uusia omistajia, jotka ovat valmiita isännöimään romanttisen pakopaikan tai ajan paikan kiireisestä elämästään hälinästä. Tämä mökki on piilossa korkealla harjulla kauniit näkymät, kaksi ulkona kannet ja kaasugrilli. Istu ulkona ja nauti näkymistä tai tähden katse yöllä. Tämä makuuhuone, jossa voi nukkua 2 aikuista ja kaksi lasta tai nuorta aikuista. Tarjoamme erittäin mukava king size-vuode ja kerrossängyt lapsille erillisessä tilassa. This cabin was extremely well kept. All the facilities listed were high quality and Ray clearly cares about making sure his guests enjoy their stay. I have already recommended this as a great couples getaway for several friends. :)

Perfect getaway

My husband and I came to stay during spring break while our kids stayed with grandparents. We picked this spot because of the views and it being pet friendly. Our 10 year old lab loved the place as well! The kitchen was stocked perfectly for us to cook all of our meals at the cabin (we did salmon bowls and steak and lasagna over the course of our stay). There’s a 1 mile trail that’s a loop right near the cabin and takes you through the woods. You can also do the road (left turn loop is a great mile and a half hike). There’s other little trails along a creek with waterfalls too. It was so relaxing not leaving at all. We loved the cabin and would highly recommend it.

Blue Ridge

Property was fine. My negatives were mostly due to the weather (storms) related. The heavy rains eroded parts of the roadway up to the cabin. We essentially lost 2-3 days of our stay because of the weather.There are a few things that should be fixed: 1) Grill is nice looking but the flame baffles need to be replaced. They are burned through in many locations so the grilling had numerous flame ups. We only used the grill once because the grilling was difficult to control with all of the flame ups. 2) During the heavy periods of rain, the kitchen skylight had a slow leak. 3) The lock on the slider out to the upper deck needs to be replaced. It takes time to jiggle the handle to get the latch to fall down so the door could be locked.We enjoyed the cabin otherwise. We did not use the hot tub but we did turn the heat down to 85 on day one so the heater didn't have to run for the week.Blue Ridge was interesting but we are not planning to return. We are in our upper 70's and the steep inclines were not enjoyable to climb. Driving up to the cabin was always thrilling as well. If we were younger, we would likely return and rent this cabin again.

Spring break cabin getaway

Ray was a great host and was very accommodating. My family had a great time up here for our spring break getaway. The cabin was amazing and the views were breathtaking. Thankful for the opportunity to come up here.

Super cozy and private!

The place was definitely as described. The view was amazing and weather was perfect.We really enjoyed sitting out side in the porch and drinking coffee.The sun rise and sun set was beautiful.Definitely a place to visit as a couple.Hot tub was on point, very private!!! Definitely a place to go back! Communication with Ray was good. We were able to check in a little early.Definitely recommend this place.

Perfect Mountaintop Cabin for our Getaway

This was the cutest little cabin for my wife and I. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed to prepare meals. The view was a selling point when I was booking, and it did not disappoint. 10/10, would stay here again!

Sweet Intimate Stay - Easy to work with Owner

My wife and I went to this cabin for a quick getaway from the kiddos. It was such a nice easy cabin. Bed was comfortable, Hot tub worked great. Tv's were all easy to use. Internet/Wifi was simple. Kitchen was properly stocked with cooking materials. The only thing we didn't love was the living space with the TV. The couch was a little small for us (we are 6ft each, so take that with a grain of salt right?) to enjoy a show together so we ended up watching in the bedroom more than the living space. Love the location of the cabin being so close to town.

Magical cabin in gorgeous location

Several years ago, my husband and I were staying at another cabin nearby. We had the pleasure of meeting Ray, who showed us the cabin. He had just purchased and was making renovations to it. Fast-forward six years, we reached out to see if it was available to rent. Luckily , it was available and was exactly what we were looking for. Upon arriving, everything was decorated for the Christmas holiday, which was a real treat. The cabin was spotlessly clean, yet thankfully not over fragranced ( like some rentals we have stayed at.) Ray did a fantastic job to keep us updated and even left us a little gift upon arrival. The cabin is extremely comfortable and the bedroom makes you want to sink in and never leave! The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare and enjoy homemade meals during the stay. We really hope to go again one day. Thank you Ray for a wonderful experience and stay!

October Get-Away

Very charming bi-level cabin. The view is beautiful from all the balconies. We were even able to watch a couple of juvenile bears play amongst the trees. Centrally located to town, walking trails, and other attractions. The cabin was well stocked with spices, kitchenware, and paper/cleaning products. The jacuzzi was a welcomed end to the day.

Anniversary Getaway

The cabin was absolutely as described and communication with Ray was easy and seamless. We had a wonderful extended weekend. The bed was comfortable and was agreeable with my bad back. The heat worked well and kept us nice and toasty while the temperature dropped to the 20s-30s. We would definitely book again.

My husband and enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was very very clean. The only drawback wasn't anyplace for groceries or our clothes. Ray had coffee, filters, spices, tissues and plenty of toilet paper.

Cabin Vacation

The cabin was beautiful and adorable! I surprised my partner with a weekend getaway and we had an amazing time. The cabin was very clean and we had no issues. The hot tub was super nice and easy to use. A very romantic getaway!!

Exactly what we needed

Everything was excellent - location, view, cabin. This is exactly how i imagined my perfect getaway. Every single detail in the cabin is magical. I was afraid to book when i saw 10/10 rating, because it didn't look real, but when we get there we realize that perfect place does exist. Thanks to Ray who gave us all helpful tips.

Great Location

Great little cozy cabin for couple. When we pulled in to the cabin there was a bear in front of us in driveaway. The bear had opened the trash can eating items from it. We sat in car and waited to he left. I secured the trash can with the wire straps. We didn't see him again and what a surprise!

Great mountain getaway

The cabin itself was great. Clean and well put together. The views are amazing. Quick 15 minute drive to downtown with restaurants and shops. One thing to note: this property is up on a mountain only accessible by dirt roads with a couple of very steep/bumpy spots. It was a little tricky but not too bad for me to get in and out of the property (I have a front wheel drive RAV4). If you don’t have an SUV or a truck, it’s going to be difficult to get in and out of this property.

This cabin was perfect! Beautiful, good use of space, well stocked with all necessities, but most important a fantastic view from every room! Host was very responsive and provided lots of great information on what to do, where to go and great restaurants. Highly recommend! We will be back!
