The Snack Shack was OK and the Staff there were very accommodating. However, it is just that. This property does not have a Restaurant or Dinning area. It might have made a difference in decision to stay here. The Room, Staff, and views were A+, but not having a nice Restaurant reality was a disappointment.

One of the most unique settings for a hotel I ever have stayed at. The design and decorating of the rooms and hotel were great. The Cedar Shack Cafe food was delicious. This was one of our stays during an out west road trip traveling from KY. (about 1,500 miles). If I do another road trip out west, I will make sure the trip swings by Bluff, Utah to be able to stay here again.

I thought this was a great place to relax. I loved the accessibility of the patio right from the back door of our room, both the common fire-pit and fireplace areas as well as the more private space just outside our room. The resort sold adult beverages in the lobby store but it appeared the only way to get wine was through room service. I would have liked to have bought a bottle of wine in the store and enjoyed it on that patio. The walls are very thin so it was not as quiet as I would have liked.

The setting is wonderful, with close up views of the cliffs. There are fireplaces outdoors and a fire pit area. The hot tub was huge with very good jets. Only negative, very close to the highway but in our room, we heard nothing. It was very quiet.

Amazing place to build a hotel, right inside a canyon, very scenic stay. Nice, clean, native American themed property. Very quiet and peaceful at night but morning was a bit noisy because of the highway nearby. However, like most American hotels, customer service could be improved. Start with being a bit more friendly, polite & respectful towards customers. Don't show an attitude that they are "obliging" customers rather than "serving" customers. A good example to learn from could be South East Asian or Indian hotels.

This resort was AMAZING!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Very great customer service, rooms were beyond beautiful and the views were beautiful. The cafe had great food and the pool and hot tub was very enjoyable. I highly recommend.
