Staff people were all lovely- helpful, friendly and kind. Especially Davonte and Kyle at front desk and Sam Romero, engineer who helped us with our bags! Hotel room was quiet and comfortable, but showing lots of wear. I guess our phones have taken the place of clocks, pen and paper by the phone. Nice cleaning ladies. Accommodating with extra towel. Tun is narrow and slippery. Airco very noisy, but working. Good in restaurant good, but very slow service - nice servers but not enough staff for a busy Saturday morning ( our second day.) Davonte helped in restaurant and covered the front desk too! Great location , just needs updating, more care, more staff.

The room was basic and the toilet really low. There were no small products and the liquid soap had an awful smell. The staff were okay but the room was always cleaned really late in the day. The breakfast should have been free as in most other hotels that have no formal dining room.
