Room was okay but could have used some fixing, minor details. AC system was horrible loud and very finicky. Everything was very cheap. One roll of toilet paper, coffee not restocked even after asking. Lots of rules with towels and room “refreshing” Pool, hot tub and exercise were nice. Pool towels were awful and were like rags. Staff was nice but not overly helpful.

For the nightly price rate of 110-130. In my opinion not worth it. The room for me seemed outdated and bottom of air and furniture seemed like it had not been cleaned in years. Also for that kind of rate why do I have to put a sign out for fresh towels? That to me is madness. If these things would have been addressed I would have gave a solid 4.

The hotel is old, as soon as you enter the main door, you can smell the peculiar, very strong not too pleasant, odor of a spray covering who knows what-old building smell. We have issues with the bathroom toilet, it wasn’t working properly and it got clogged three times, we called the front desk the first time someone came and fixed, then we called them again and the FD lady told us that she didn’t have anyone to come and fixed it. So, my husband went downstairs to get the plunger to fix it. You pay you fix-not acceptable. We need it to use the “lobby” bathroom instead.. Also, the condition of the hotel was poor, it’s ok that the building is old but no maintenance or upgrades at all. Even the Lobby pillows are old, and disgusting. Carpet it’s very old, and the old smell-sprayed perfume to cover the odor thought out the property was insane. The complimentary coffee is so bad, they have an Starbucks sign and there is no Starbucks coffee… I have to say that the beds are great actually and the hotel location is perfect. That’s all! I do not recommend this Hotel.

I didn't get the room i made reservations for. I told the staff and was told i They would be in touch after id given them my info and that i would get a refund but so far that hasn't happened. I also got a complimentary breakfast which was just coffee and a pastry which i didn't use. The room i did get was clean. Had a little trouble with the toilet but it got fixed. The fridge did not work. Had a salad and no where to put it. Would like whatever refund is due me. Wanted the pool view with the balcony and was disappointed.

The room was very clean and updated. The hotel property itself is nice too. Check in and out was easy. The shampoo and such in the rooms are nice. My only complaints are that our mini fridge wasn’t working properly and wasn’t getting very cold, and there was no electric vent in the bathroom. But I wouldn’t even dock a star for it because everything else was good and the price was very reasonable for the area. I was ultimately happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again.
