Under construction and was not warned that I’d be in a room next to the front door that SLAMMED ALL night causing me no sleep on the eve of a long road trip. I was folded it was sold out and all they had left was the worst room. I was NEVER warned that I’d pay full price for no sleep due to it being the last room after booking it a month ago. I would have stayed somewhere else rather put my life at risk to drive a long haul solo and put my attention in danger. HORRIBLE! And when I left a message for the manager… ghosted.

Clean rooms. A bit noisy between floors

Signage for remodeling check in wasn’t great. Then a flippant staff member acted like we were stuoid for not seeing it….is and at least five other customers? Also for a new room with the remodel, the insulation between floors is awful. Very noisy. (Heavy walker throughout the night the first night) and the traffic sounds from the highway was really loud. Just surprising.

Although they sent an email AFTER I booked the hotel that they were renovating, they assured me it wouldn't affect my stay. It would have been nice if they ALSO said that the front entrance would be closed. Instead I had to drag my luggage all the way to the front door, only to find a small sign that said: use other entrance. Okay, WHAT other entrance? (No arrows telling me). I eventually found it, but did not enjoy dragging my luggage that far! I could have parked closer had I known!

We weren't expecting to show up to a place that was under construction. Pretty inconvenient in terms of the parking and getting to our room. It would of been nice to be notified of that and or have a lower rate for the room. The staff was pretty great checking us in and out. The lady working on the breakfast area was rude and not very friendly. Seemed like she was trying to do it all on her own.

I recommend staying in your car.

Do Not Stay Here. Bad construction going on. Sadly I paid for an entire week to endure this. Painters covered our window and AC unit outside with plastic. That was just lovely. Super loud freeway noise 24/7. Little to no parking. I saw employees parking in guest parking spots. So I guess that is more important. Even if there was construction there is still not enough parking. Smell of paint and joint compound everywhere continually. Lots of people bringing thier dogs, dog pee right by elevator on new flooring. Bad rotten experience. And to top it off they started spray painting the outside of the building directly around my window. The smell of paint was so strong we about asphyxiated. I would never recommend staying here or stay here again. This construction is no where near complete. I recommend going elsewhere or sleeping in your car.
