There was a load party next door and management did nothing to fix the situation kept our baby up all night long. Multiple complaints throughout the evening. The booking Agent was rude through the hotel and would not accommodate.

Yes. clean, courteous staff. My only downgrade is a barking dog in a room on our floor. 2nd floor. I'm a sure many guests were pissed off over the, 3 am incessant barking. then again started up about 6 AM. We saw somebody from the hotel staff talking to the person. But to no avail then again the following morning about 6 am the dog was barking away AGAIN.

We had a good stay overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. However, we did notice some cleanliness issues — the bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned and had hairs in it, and we also found a couple of dead bugs on the comforter. Addressing these housekeeping concerns would definitely improve the experience.
