I was very disappointed even after having to switch rooms after witnessing an inoperable room, definitely lacking of awareness of mechanical issues. I would not recommend this place to stay even if it was for only 1 night. This establishment needs to be more attentive and more caring of its occupants. Thank you for your attention in this matter

It was the worst. Took 5 minutes to even find my name. I booked 2 rooms & they told me I only had one room. Had to make $100.00 deposit & I said no that was not on the Hotel.com website. Told me I was wrong, basically calling me a liar. My friend Rosie who is the mom of one of my Special Olympics Athletes called for her reservation their at Nampa Inn & Suites had called for a reservation to be their with my team accused her of lying, saying they do not make reservations over a phone call. Beds were not clean, pillows where sticky with some not having any pillow cases on them. One set of towels to share between 4 people. Rosie went down to the desk office to ask for more & the man said that is all we get. You do not get any more. Couple hand towels were dirty, not washed at all. Worse place that I have ever stayed. And not sure if I will booked again through Hotel.com Pictures on your site were all false, defiantly false not true to what conditions we went through. My Special Olympics Team did not deserve that. We were all there for our State Summer Games competitions for the weekend. We were suppose to get our deposits back, & we have not. I hope you would please check into the hotel Nampa Inn & Suites to actually see the poor condition it is in & some of the people who so rudely treat people who stay at their hotel. They doubled charged Rosie. Should not take 25 minutes to check a customer in a room who had made a reservation to stay there. Thank you for asking.

The halls smelled like heavy stale cigarette smoke. There was an unexpected fee of $100 that I never received back into my account, the floors were dirty, bed was dirty and there was no toilet paper

It was stinky and dirty. Our beds were not washed and probably hadn’t been in over 2 weeks I’m sure or more. The staff were horrible and just plain rude. The only thing it’s good for is the price but you can find other somewhere else that is clean for this price and other things they offer too.

An excellent example of a third world hotel right here in Idaho. State of repair was horrible, window curtain in the bedroom was hanging in pieces, mop threads were caught on the bedframe. just bad and noisy. The staff really tried with what they had, however. It was probably a very decent place 20 years ago.

The ac was broken, the floors were dirty and sticky. The area around the hotel stunk very badly. Police pounded on the doors of the rooms around twice once at 1am and then a different room around 3:30am

This property was disgusting. There was vomit on the comforter and the whole property smelled like a bathroom. There were large, full trash bins in the stairwell and hallway. We did not stay and left immediately.

Not a Treasure Vallley gem!

Not the worst we’ve stayed in but it’s pretty near the top of the list. Sketchy sign on the main door advising not to leave it open was alarming. Several issues requiring repeated calls for room maintenance and they were unable to get the security lock to work. Room was dated but fairly clean. Beds were okay and we were able to get a decent nights sleep after leaving the air conditioner fan on low to block the freeway noise.

We stayed here for two nights the curtains wouldn't close, it looked like somebody had to put their face on the mirror and just smudged their face all over it looked like somebody had dumped coffee on the wall no one had ever cleaned it up it was a broken mini fridge and working mini fridge there was paper wrapped around one of the spray nozzles for in case of fire all this and they want a 100 dollar deposit. This was crazy would not stay here again.
