The room, bed and bathroom were unclean. The swing lock for the door look like it had been kicked in once before and the wood just reattached with wood screws. There was long strands of hairs in the bathroom and in the towels. The bed sheets were dirty. The carpet looked very stained and grimy. We have pictures to show if needed.

This property is VERY noisy. I stayed at the beginning and end of my vacation. The parking rates are good, pool, jacuzzi, and breakfast are good, however, my room was dirty with torn sheets. I it was cleaned at all, it was done in a hurry. I started vacation with no sleep due to the freeway noise. Before checking out, I requested to be moved to a quiet room for my return a week later. I was assured that had happened…I ended my vacation with no sleep, which made for a hazardous 2-hour drive home!

Smoky and dirty

Headed on a vacation. The hotel staff was great. The hotel room smelled like burnt cigarettes. The hotel was dirty and tenants were smoking outside the front door and I have asthma. Hotel was a dive.
