We have stayed here a several times and the working staff is great. We were pleased until the last visit. My daughter woke up with over 250 bites from bedbugs and I had over 40. She is miserable. I showed pictures of the bedbugs to the front desk and they said they would pass them along. I wrote to the corporate office and they said it needed to be handled by the franchise owner, and that they have told him to make it right. I have heard nothing. I am doubting whether anything has been done to fix the problem.

Expedia messed up our reservation... our took over an hour to get the issue fixed so we could check in. The first representative was rude wen at first fix i was having hearing him. Repeatedly 6himself like 3 times.

Nightmare before Thanksgiving

I can’t begin to describe how angry this stay made me. We arrived to check in and the gentleman says he has three rooms reserved for us. Unsure of why there were 3 rooms, we say we only need two, one with a king and the other with two queens. The price somehow went from $140 to $180. The room was DISGUSTING. There was a brown spot on one of the beds, junk backed up from the shower drain, there was a permanent mildew ring on the toilet, and the shower curtain was covered in mold. We asked for a pillow and were told they didn’t have any. The floors were visibly dirty. I was mortified this is where I booked for our family to sleep. The pictures are absolutely NOT what the facility has to offer.
