Very nice for an overnight visit. Kids loved the heated pool. Very clean. The fitness center was clean and ready to use. Morning breakfast was ok, what you would expect. Overall a great value.

The property was conveniently located. The facilities were great. There was a very good, full breakfast. There were some cleanliness issues in the room but i cleaned it myself. The night time staff was excellent! I forgot to ask their names but it was 2 gentlemen. I would definitely stay again amd recommend for others to stay there.

My room was a little dusty. My allergies were bad 😭 other than that it was pretty simple and convenient. I love that I had breakfast in the morning and a nice diner downstairs. Affordable and clean!

The only problem I had is that I was booked in a room either next to an adjoing room where they were playing with the heater all night or it was the elevator all night and I only had one wash cloth. Kind of annoying. Staff is always great!

Pool not heated , it was at a freezing temperature (might as well should have been an outdoor pool) , mold on bathroom ceiling, tub was clogged( took forever for maintenance to sort out the issue), trash was on floor upon entering the room , and i was denied a room switch. Checked out the same day i checked in ! And still haven’t received my refund!

Very good service. The personnel at the front desk were very pleasant, helpful, and caring. The staff at the breakfast buffet were very attentive, keeping everything well stocked and clean. The restaurant at the premises, Copper House Tavern, had excellent food. An unexpected, pleasant surprise. The one down side is that certain areas of the hotel are in need of renovation. Very good price point. I feel I got my money's worth.

Good breakfast

The breakfast was good the room however was a different story. The furniture was oddly a little out of position. I had to straighten them. I tripped in the middle of night over the dresser that kept on opening on its own because it was damaged.
