Loved the room. The only issue was that you can hear the other guests. This may have been exacerbated by my door being crooked, so it wouldn't close all the way. I had to make sure it was locked, or it would swing open. I'd stay here again.

The staff was incredibly nice & accommodating! I loved being in the area - close to everything, but also quiet. The room we stayed in was small, yet thoughtfully laid out. Unfortunately, even though I’m used to apartments, the walls in my room were very thin & the guest next door had their TV on most of the night. We could clearly hear everything. I may stay here again, but I will definitely bring ear plugs.

The area is just one block off Huntington and the prudential center. The apt on the third floor walk up is filled with light and catches morning sun. Comfortable bed and use of small efficiency kitchen is extremely useful. Restaurants and cafes on way to South End are prolific also. Parking is available

This property was located in a safe, quiet neighborhood of mostly three-story walk-ups. We loved the location and found that we could get around very easily by walking or using public transportation. The people working here are super nice and responsive. The kitchenette was compact with a lot of new plumbing fixtures/amenities. The unit was pretty cold on our first night, but we used the extra blankets and the space heater. The adjustable shower head in the shower could not really be adjusted at all. It would not stay up high and was weirdly angled toward the wall. We really enjoyed our stay with our pup and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Boston!

Perfect location!

Although the place was smaller than we envisioned, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The walls are really thin at 19 Garrison, so we heard everything going on in the neighboring unit, but the convenience of the location and comfort of the bed definitely outweighs the noise. We stayed on the 4th floor, with no elevators, but the exercise didn't kill us! We really appreciate that they let us check in early. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was great, very good directions. Parking was expensive! Would definitely avoid that if possible next time. Strange room set up. We had a garden level room where you had to step up into the bathroom and the kitchen was a corner nook, which was all odd. We’re not used to older style buildings, so oh well, at least it was functional. The room was right by the boiler and it was warm! Overall different experience but it all worked out well. And most importantly it was close enough to walk to Fenway!

I loved the room. It was like a hotel with all the amenities but with the charm of being in a building that I felt at home . Very close to my son’s apartment. The outlet to charge the phone on the nightstands don’t work. Just a minor issue
