Area was nice. Hotel setup was very decent. The downside was being conned into paying for parking. They asked if I was parking my car, I said yes. I was given a tag for my car to prove I was staying at the hotel. Nothing mentioned about free parking that was available vs the paid parking. I stayed one night. I was already home bound by the time I got the notification of the parking charge to my card.

Our reservation was for two queen beds. Our room had two full beds. My husband is 6’3” and we have never slept in a full sized bed. I chose this hotel specifically for the queen beds, because other hotels honestly described their accommodations as having full sized beds.

Love the Arsenal location! Lots of amenities in the area. Breakfast was a nice perk! Parking was pricey. BIG disappointment was that we didn’t get the room we booked and paid for! We booked a king. When i inquired i was told that they don’t honor third party reservations.

Not great, the room we were given was loud (noise from the air conditioner and water). Also the shower was not working, we had to twist it several ways to get it to work. There were no bedside tables only one central bedside table. For $ 600 a night it should have been better, I get it that the $ 600 was due to the event in the area but I would not go back to this property.
