Service was great at front desk, was able to check in early. Restaurant wait staff pleasant, was able to get coffee to go. Regarding room 616: Bathroom was clean and up to date. Couch in room was dirty and ripped. Carpet very outdated. Unfortunately these things gave the room a very shabby and low quality feel.

First time I stayed in a hotel that didn’t have a musky smell anywhere in the entire hofel. The pool area was perfect for pre teens & it is right in between the green line and orange line & on the bus route.

Our first time visiting Boston to see our daughter. This hotel was conveniently located, clean, and spacious… Which was nice after being in such tight spaces with everyone in the city all day. Only issue was a slight miscommunication about our late checkout time, but that was easily remedied by the front desk, which I appreciated! We will be back.
