I am visually impaired in the front desk staff was extremely accommodating and excellent during check in and out process. I had a king bedroom and it was gigantic and extremely clean. Breakfast in the morning was nothing to brag about but it was nice to have the options. I would definitely stay here again

The heating was comfortable and the parking felt very safe. I think the front desk could use an up date. Not very appealing. The soda machine would not take my money and there was hardly any snacks. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

They moved our room without asking because of the water the cleaning lady threw our stuff in garbage bags now we have missing stuff including meds they asked the trash with our good from the trash bags from the other room

All was fine except for the quality of the breakfast. We didn’t even bother going again after trying it but that’s ok given there are so many other yummy food options in Quincy. Wish they offered free bottled water per night, per guest of stay - I once asked and staff was nice to give me 2 bottles (even though there were 3 of us for 4 nights). Not a big deal. Overall, all good.

First night - got waken up by fire alarm before 7am. Someone burnt toast and triggered it. After firefighters came and shut off the alarm, front desk was MIA for at least 15 mins, so did kitchen staff. Food at breaky was not replenished, we couldn’t even get hot water for tea. And the place has zero soundproof. Lucky for us, our upstairs neighbour gets up at 5 and marches up and down the unit every. single. morning. All the way till about 7:30. And you hear every single step. And yes you can hear your next door neighbours too! So if you want a good night of sleep, avoid this place.

They don’t provide daily cleaning services! You have to ask for towels, shampoos, soap , they don’t have any body wash at all. We were there for 3 nights and we just piled up the use towels in one corner in the bathroom. We have to bring out our own trash too! It was just not a very comfortable stay considering the money we paid!

⁰A lower cost option that mostly works. We have stayed twice and each time we had a minorish issue eith plumbing. This stay, the water pressure in the shower was unacceptably low. We asked for help but it never got addressed. Otherwise, stay was good. Breakfast is fairly basic but good. Bed comfort was good.
