When I arrived very early morning. My first encounter was I saw human hair in the restroom. I contacted the Hotel but I took time for them to apologize. The room was beaten up old carpet, furniture with scratches, stains on the lamps and broken mirror in the restroom. The room didn’t reflect the name of Hyatt and the cost I paid.

We stayed there for 4 nights. I looked forward to seeing the attendants there as they were very pleasant and helpful. We didn't dine there but had some of the clam chowder. It was wonderful. Sarah was very pleasant as well as helpful with check in and our accommodations

The hotel manager demanded extra resort fee of almost $100 after I checked out. She later apologized, but it was a very unpleasant experience after staying at a high quality hotel like Hyatt Regency.
