Lifted rooftop…the staff 11/29 at night were top notch. Bartender and bar back on point! Manager even went out of his way to go to different on site restaurant to learn mocktail recipe then come back and teach staff and customers. Became interactive experience for all. Above and beyond for sure!!

I really wanted to give this hotel five stars. The staff were absolutely lovely from start to finish, and my room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the swimming pool and hot tub were closed during my stay. This was especially disappointing because I chose this hotel specifically for those amenities and paid a premium rate for that reason. I also paid two destination fees, which are meant to support amenities like the pool — so not being able to use them was frustrating. I did inquire and was told I could use the Westin’s pool across the street. While I appreciated the offer, that’s not the same experience as enjoying the hotel’s own facilities, and it wasn’t a practical solution for me on checkout morning. Everything else about the stay was genuinely lovely — which makes this situation even more disappointing. If the pool had been open, this would have been a five-star experience. I hope management considers better communication or compensation when primary amenities are unavailable.
