Great hotel if you need something close to airport! Loved the complimentary shuttle, breakfast and room was nice and clean. Walking distance to Target, grocery store and Beachmont metro stop. They kept my bags so I could explore Boston before my flight. Friendly staff! Great overall stay!

Overall great place, convenient location (close to airport, 5 min walk to train, 5 min walk to grocery shopping and quick food). Property is very nice - I was staying in kitchen suite studio, which was very convenient for 1 person. My only complaints is the housekeeping - they did almost zero work. I politely complaint about it 2 times, and I was told they supposed to do daily simple maintanance. Well, they did not pick up my garbage from the kitchen for 4 days, they folded a few towels (very questionable folding), otherwise there was absolutely no cleaning - no floor sweeping, no dusting, very minimal to none of the bathroom cleaning, they did not touch anything in the kitchen at all for my entire week staying there... I am not sure what type of "cleaning" the housekeeping staff is doing there... The front desk staff was responding to complaints (I asked for more hangers to be brought to the room so they were brought the next morning), but nothing was changing from housekeeping perspective so that was a bit disappointing for that price range.
