Could have been better. Had a good rest but there is no phone service and no water for bathroom or shower use. I guess it was just shut off for some reason and unable to contact anybody due they are somewhere off property and no phone service. I left in the morning about 9:30 and nobody around yet to find out anything. Fortunately there was some water for the coffee maker (in the main room) so I improvised to take care of needs using the coffee jug to fill tank & basin in bathroom. No contact from owners. Guess they don’t care.

I had a wonderful stay, from ease of check-in, great in-house restaurant and being able to do a little hiking right from the front door of the lodge. A very laid back atmosphere. I would definitely recommend.

The place was perfect for us, we were on Yurt 1. Nice decoration, basic amenities, our own heated bathroom, enough space for the dogs in the room, good walking areas for dogs, staff kept active communication. We had a very nice time.

We did not have water in our shared rest room. There is no one at the check desk except from 3-8 We came at 2 since we had a evening event and were told that we can not check in until 3 When we arrived at 9 there was not one to check us in Thank heavens for the cute housekeeping girl who finally let us into our room. Signage for the resort can not be seen at night.

when booking it should be more clearly mentioned (first line in the room description) that some rooms have a shared bathroom. This was a surprise to us that our room had a shared bathroom.

The bathroom seemed to be clean but what would really make it nice is if there were a few rugs in there. Like a bath mat to step on when you get out of the shower and a rug under the sink. The sink is really narrow and it's hard to even wash your face without getting water all over the floor. A rug to soak up the water would be extra nice. There is a broom in the room to sweep up dirt but while we were there it rained. It would be nice if there was a rug at the door to dry off wet feet. Also, it would be nicer if the curtains covered the whole window. Right now, there is a 6 inch gap on both sides of the windows by the front door that never cover up.

Great location, rustic and had charm . The 3 bedroom cabin only has 1 bathroom on the first floor and it was hard to get that info beforehand in detail. Not convenient for a group considering the 2 bedroom next door has 2 bathrooms. Rooms comfy enough but not fancy . The floors were awful , full of dog hair, clumps of human hair, gross. Secondly had to wash every dish we used. Not cleaned properly.

Ok alternative near Boulder

This hotel is convenient if you are trying to spend time in Boulder or want to be a little off the beaten path. Disappointing that none of the windows had screens on them that you could get fresh air and so the small rooms feel kind of cramped. Polyester sheets not my favorite. The staff is very friendly
