Check-in staff was friendly, the pool and slides were absolutely fantastic (very family-friendly), beds were comfortable, breakfast was varied and tasty, parking was plentiful, and the hotel is close to TONS of shopping and restaurants. We also appreciated the national name-brand soaps/shampoo in the bathrooms, they were a nice surprise. Our room was directly over the pool area, and there was a distinct mechanical hum all night. It didn’t really bother us, but it was a bit of an irregularity. Our deadbolt also did not work, which was a negative. Overall, we had a great family stay! We’ll definitely be staying again when we are in the area, and the kids already want to go back because of the waterslide(s). Thanks!

I really wanted to love this hotel- but it got bad then kept getting worse and worse. I had to say something and I hate saying anything usually if it’s just a few minor things, but it wasn’t. It was terrible. The good- Water Slide and good price. Check-in clerk was very friendly and helpful. The bad- the toilet to our room wasn’t working but I didn’t want maintenance in there with me as a female traveler. I brought food to heat up for lunch the next day since the room was supposed to have a fridge and microwave. The fridge was very loud and kept me awake all night but did not get cold and my lunch was ruined and cost me more money. The pool area was dirty and had no clean towels at 8pm the slide ladder was rickety. There was only hot water in the lobby and the water in the room tasted terrible. The breakfast was out of most items and even though we got there an hour before it closed they stopped refilling items. My son waited 45 minutes for the biscuits for the gravy but they never came. None of the supplied paperwork included checkout time, so when the maid banged on the door and yelled at me for not having a late checkout (I thought checkout was noon) that was the final straw for me. Front desk then immediately called after she yelled at me and I told her that we were about to leave and that I would come tell her everything that was happening in the room that caused issues. I did and instead of being helpful she was rude. Manager was supposed to call but didn’t. Terrible.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, staff very friendly. Did not have hot water in the shower only in the sink, so I called for help. They called me said it was all fixed, next day there still was 0 hot water for the shower. This is our normal go to place. This is the first time to ever have this inconvenience.

Staff was very off putting after we waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. She then said she could not check us in we would have to wait due to computer issues which is totally understandable. However we waited in the lobby 45 minutes before we could have keys or anything to our room. Finally we got keys never did get checked in signs all over the hotel regarding hot water issues and that we may or may not have it. Got to our room that was a king suite no sheets for the pullout couch went back down waited another 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to get sheets. Feel I should be compensated somehow for such a terrible experience. I was unable to get anything since I booked through this app
