The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Miranda and Angelic go above and beyond to make sure everything is right. The lobby/breakfast area is bright and versatile for gathering; playing cards and/or board games; enjoying the World Series…! The swimming pool and fitness room look inviting but didn’t have time for either this visit. The patio is also a great spot for gathering and is equipped with smoker and grills; plenty of seating. I extended my stay for a virtual meeting, and the staff made it a seamless experience. The location is close to restaurants and salons; shopping is walking distance or easy by bus. I am so glad I tried this hotel for my stay; visit often to see family, and will definitely book here again.

Never Stay Again

There was no parking spots and we were told to “just park on the street.” I mentioned that we were paying to park, they did agree to remove that charge. After about 45 minutes we got to our room… the floor was filthy with crumbs everywhere and our beds had tons of hair in them (short, curly hair). And the bathroom also had the same hair everywhere. We asked for a clean room and was told “there is no one here to clean and no open rooms.” They told us, “we will make sure your room gets cleaned in the morning.” This was midnight after traveling all day… we informed them we will not be sleeping in that room and they did reimburse us.

Nice place! New building, nice staff.

The extra $6 for parking was unexpected and annoying (really, why? just add parking into the price of the hotel as there are no options to park around the property), but the place was nice.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The front office staff was very rude and unwilling to answer questions. I had a double charge on my room that turned into a triple charge nearly a week after my stay.

One of the elevators was out of service so going to and from the room took some time. Air Conditioner was leaking and it looked like there was some black mold where it was leaking. Breakfast wasn't great, good selection but improperly seasoned and quality was low. Otherwise, room was very spacious and the finishes were pleasing. Amazing area to visit; plenty of shopping and restaurant options.

There were a few things that surprised me. One of the Elevators was out of service and the one elevator took FOREVER! Our suite was not has clean as I thought it should be. It was dusty. The hand towel on the bathroom sink looked like someone might have used it before us, along with the soap being unwrapped and stuck in the soap dish. The soap looked new but it was the perception of the soap and towel. For the 2 days that we were there for Breakfast, there wasn’t any butter- at least that I could find. The Coffee “hot” out of the pot was only a little warmer than lukewarm. These are mostly minor issues, but all together, it made me a bit uneasy.
