Great Staff Nice Place-minor breakfast menu issues

Hotel was as expected. Very large rooms, 2 queen beds in ours, microwave, large hotel fridge, dishware, dishwasher, hide-a-bed couch, lots of storage for clothes. Disappointing was the current Hilton breakfast food selection. Eggs were either round, fully cooked or spinach quiche. Meats were turkey bacon (bland), breaded chicken breasts (for New Ortleans Hot Sauce breakfast), wafer (too) thin bacon, or Chorizo sausage patties (very spicy). Disappointed no regular sausage links or patties offered. Many hotels offer some kinds of omelettes or scrabbled eggs. Rest of breakfast offerings were fine. Nice bins of toppings for waffles including blueberries and strawberries as well as a vanilla yogurt dispensing machine. Really nice people working on the breakfast service side and the front desk representatives couldn;t be better.

Beautiful new super clean property, rooms, pool, laundry room, workout space. Rooms spacious, extensive counter space, organized comfortable and practical. Kitchen area is beyond basic, clean and functional. Absolutely would use Home 2 Hilton again.

Great stay!

Loved the room, plenty of space and extremely comfortable, felt clean and new. I loved it and would stay again in a heart beat. My kitchen sink started leaking and they had it fixed in a flash. They were also accommodating and gave me a late checkout time. They do charge a parking fee which I find crazy and silly in that area. $12 a day adds up. Especially in a location where you don’t have much of a choice but to rent a car. Felt a bit much. Especially when your parking fees add up to a large percent of your bill.

I think the warmest welcome I received was from the breakfast lady. Saw 2 guests waiting in the lobby waiting for someone to fix something. Apparently, the person meaning the front desk couldn't do anything. The gentleman said he and his wife were waiting over an hour!?!? When the manager (male, young adult) got there, the guest rose and tried to speak to the manager about his problem, but the manager was rude and wanted nothing to do with it. Not even an apology. The only thing the manager said to them was I'm trying to help! No I'm sorry, no desire to hear the guest, just simply ride. I was flat out appalled. No matter what situation, that is simply unacceptable. Anything is fixable... with the right attitude. Pretty sure this manager is doing harm to your business. It's definitely made me think twice about choosing Home2Suites for my next stay. I normally visit Longmont a minimum of 4-5 times a year. Where your located is a convenience for me. But I will say my room was okay, the bathroom & shower were not very clean, and the toilet ran all night long. I was so tired in the AM, I just checked out, ate & left.

This is a great property with clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of seating space. My only criticism is that the walls of the suites appear quite “thin”; I could hear everything going on in my neighbors’ rooms, conversations, etc.

I would normally give this property a 5 star rating. The reason I didn’t is because we had an issue where the dishwasher leaked all over the floor and got the carpet wet. They weren’t able to give us a different room. HOWEVER, I must say, they were gracious enough to give us extra towels and some Hilton rewards points. It wasn’t a huge issue but it was inconvenient. I went back and forth on how I should rate this property. At the end of the day they got 3 stars from me because my husband should not have to fix the leak
