I was there to visit family from that area and they werent allowed there bc they didn't have a room. It didn't have elevator so we had to carry bags up stairs. The spa had way too much chlorine and broke me out in a rash. You weren't allowed to take anything out of the Continental breakfast room. I was not an inviting experience at all. I will never go back

Favorite half way rest stop

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Never a complaint. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast has good variety of food items. Staff friendly and helpful. Indoor pool and hot tub a plus.

I booked this hotel because it was pet friendly. When I got to the front desk to pick up the room key there was a big sign that stated that cats were not allowed. I had to find another hotel at 10:00 pm that evening!

this building is clearly undergoing improvements but those that were done are not up to Baymont standards. The Hallway with new LVP Flooring was a washboard to walk on. NO flooring leveler was installed to level the subfloor prior to the new flooring being installed. The result is a terribly uneven floor which for someone who may have poor balance could be a major hazard. That is the nature of the work done here. It needs to be done properly be professionals to improve. moreover there are several hotels to stay at off this exit. That will not help them over time.

Hotel was very run down. Hallway was vinyl tile and the floor that it was attached to was very uneven and it looked very bad. Furniture in room was old and worn. Mattresses were comfortable. Bathroom looked like it had been refurbished. Was nice. There was an inside Hallway door and an outside access door. Outside door was worn and looked bad. Hot tub was not very warm. Breakfast was bad too. From outside i wouldn't have picked to stay if my payment would have been refundable.

Friendly Staff

Staff is amazing came down to get away from the storm in Louisville and power went out here Sunday evening so went to families house for a bit came back power was on but heat wasn't work staff was going to put us in another hotel but all power came back on and they found us a room with working heat
