Staff was great and location was good. However, my room was under a group that sounded like they were dropping bowling balls on the floor all night. So many running, yelling and screaming kids and parents just letting them run wild at the expense of others rest and relaxation!

After checking in we walked the hallway to our room and seen a dead roach smashed on the floor. Once we were in our room I always check over for bugs. I seen something strange below the headboard on the box spring. We believe it was mice poop. I actually heard a mouse all night long. I did not get any sleep here. We stay here annually for an event in town, we will no longer be staying here.

Price was right, we would stay here again.

Food options were awesome for breakfast. Did not get the opportunity to use the pool or hot tub, they looked very clean, they could use an upgrade in that area. The lobby was very nice but the hall floors and doors into the rooms need some TLC. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They price we paid was VERY REASONABLE as we went through hotels.com. We would stay here again, no question about it!

Our room didn’t have AC it was very humid and never stopped being hot the whole night but did cool down a little. Pictures very misleading and we didn’t feel safe. Lights were also not working inside the hotel room.
