Excellent staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The room was typical of what you'd expect from the tier of hotel it is. It was nice that they had cookies available to guests. There were a few issues that we found though ... The key card for the door barely worked. It seemed the sensor on the door needed to be replaced. Also, could hear the people on the floor above us walking all night. The elevator was very audible inside the room too along with people passing by.

Very dim lighting and noisy.

Our room (105) was across from the elevator so there was a lot of noise and the walls seem thin as we could hear everything from our neighbors. The bed was great. Towels were very big, the dive products were good. Lighting in the room was very poor. The bathroom was also very poor.
