The Hampton Inn Gateway in Boynton Beach is a hidden treasure. A warm accommodating staff of professionals coupled with immaculate updated facilities is a winning combination. Delicious complimentary breakfast, a magnificent swimming pool and a great location a few blocks from I95. My go to place several times a year.

I have been staying in the Hampton Inn & Suites for many years when I make my quarterly visit to an aunt. The Hotel seems to be moving from excellent to average. I booked a room that would be accessible since I have begun needing a cane to move around. My room had a tub and shower and it would have been difficult to climb into for a shower. Also the toilet ran constantly (reported that when I checked out). Juice in the machine at breakfast was very watery but otherwise the breakfast was adequate, Staff was very friendly and the check in was quick and easy. It is just that I think the rooms need a bit of an upgrade and I need a walk in shower.

Adding a review is a pain. So, the room was smaller any other on the floor. When we entered the room the temp was 69 degrees. The alarm clock wire was broken and did not work. I unplugged it to prevent a short and possible fire. In addition I did not get the opportunity to get the extra discount at checkout.

Unhappy with stay

Couldn’t sleep at all. AC had a rattle when turned on which kept me up all night. Had to keep getting up to turn it on when the room got warm and then turn it off to try and sleep. It was getting up and down all night. I asked for compensation for the room and Explained situation to front desk and was told they can’t help me because I booked with you. Was told If I booked directly they said they would have helped me but I need to reach out to you.
