I saw five roaches during my stay. I slept w my suitcase on the bed. The bldgs are lettered making it confusing to guest. 11:30 at night someone tried to open my door. Excuse is because someone may have been confused. Very unsettling to a single woman traveling alone. Microwaved my food and the ants went on the attack on the counter.

The reason for my rating was that I reserved a room with a King, but the bed was a double. Besides this issue the room and staff were nice.

Needs more improvement. We understand it is newly renovated. However ,floor was slippery, staff not so friendly. Toilet was clogged first time using it. We are in 2nd floor. We were moved to 3rd floor thats fine but when we enter the room it has very strong smelled Javex and lysol all chemicals. Its really disappointing for the first time visitor on that area.

The room i stayed in had no hot water to shower....it has become reoccurring problem seems like it has not been dealt with the last time stayed there. The basin has hotwater but not the shower??.... You need towel hooks in some of the rooms just no where to hang it at all. The signal is terrible especially the wifi ...like there was so much disconnect. The stay was okay could have been better

All of us in our group of 8 were so happy to be treated so kindly. The managers took every step to accommodate some of our members with disabilities, even calling in advance to make sure everything would be fine. We didn't expect them to jump through hoops for us, but they did! They went beyond any call of duty to ensure everyone would be well taken care of and have a good night's rest!
