Although our stay was short, it was a perfect location for our family trip! They were very accommodating for a family of 5 and the staff was so very kind. I would love to stay here again when we are in town!

The beds are terrible. So uncomfortable. The breakfast looked good but didn't taste the best. Staff was great! Only a couple plug ins worked. The outside looks new but the inside does not.

Girl at front desk was extremely welcoming, and helpful. We even received a text asking if everything was ok with the room after we were settled in. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was well stocked, and delicious.

Stayed there for four days. Had housekeeping once. The breakfast area tables were dirty and sticky. Cold coffee. Common area needed attention. Ice machine on second floor was out of order. Couldn’t give me a receipt on checkout since I paid through Expedia. The worst Hampton I have ever stayed at.

The building is a little older and the layout is different than a more modern Hampton Inn but still had the amenities and cleanliness I have come to expect from a Hampton Inn.

I like this hotel for it’s convenience but it really needs maintenance. The room carpet had giant stains from who knows what. The linens need upgrading. The pillows were past their usefulness. The lady at the front desk was awesome though.

Very friendly front desk staff — they made us feel welcome right away. A special thank you to the gentleman handling breakfast; he kept the area clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly even during the busiest times. The shuttle service is a big plus and was very convenient. The hotel lobby has a charming, homey feel that adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I’m not sure how old the property is, but the rooms are clean and nicely done. That said, working in hospitality myself, I’d recommend a deep cleaning — especially shampooing the carpets in the rooms — and addressing a few minor maintenance issues. I loved the amenities, especially the quality bathroom products. One small suggestion: it would be great to have a safe in the room for added convenience. Overall, a lovely experience — thank you for the hospitality!
