I had bad winter weather on both ends of my trip. I needed to check in early because I arrived during a snow squall and was having trouble driving on the roads. I then had to reschedule my flight home due to winter storm fern. The staff was courteous and helpful to me throughout my stay. They helped me with a variety of needs, including checking in early, extending my stay, needing to do laundry, etc throughout my trip.

The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant. They were all friendly and polite, good at answering questions about local areas. To improve, hallway carpet was old and stained, the shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up from the airport and it doesn’t run before 6 am meaning I had to get an uber to get back to to catch my flight. The TV also was fairly basic. There was also no bar/beer/wine for sale and nothing close by to get to. It was an ok hotel experience and probably appropriately priced but I think I will try something else if I stay more than 1 day again.
