We were initially pleased when the day staff promptly accommodated our room change request. However, our experience quickly deteriorated. Housekeeping completely neglected to clean the rooms the night before our checkout — they didn’t even bother to remove trash or replace dirty towels. When we reached out to the night shift staff for fresh towels and napkins, we were told to come down to reception ourselves, despite the staff visibly lounging there. This level of service was incredibly frustrating and reflects a careless, lazy attitude. Overall, the service was truly disappointing.

The area did not feel secure, the room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals trying to cover something else up. The room was dingy and the shower was cold. People were friendly though. Seemed very expensive for what we got.

The side door did not work with our card so had to walk around every time. Also some unwelcome guest were hanging in the parking lot. Would not go outside alone.
