There wasnt anything saying due to off season we would need to call for someone to come check us in. We also found out we only had an hour to get breakfast at another location and the evening desert is on hole for the winter. And no microwave in the room. It is vaery clean and the lady was very nice that checked us in.

I filtered my stay. Breakfast was a must. After I booked and got a confirmation I was told there was no breakfast or evening snack.When we arrived and I questioned them only then did they tell me I could go down the road to another hotel and eat breakfast. Also we got there about 2:55p.. Check in time was 3. there was no one in the office to check us in. I had to call two different phone numbers to get someone to come and help us. My fault for not double checking but there was not even a microwave available in the rooms. Seems this is not the right time of the year to get really good customer service when one would think they would be doing all they could do to attract people. Room was clean, and comfortable though. Beds were fine. Lady who checked me out was super sweet, even went to her own apartment and got me some ice for my ice chest as both ice machines were out of commision.

We enjoyed our stay at Branson’s Best Hotel. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. The walk-in shower had good hot water and was easily accessible. The room had a mini-fridge which was handy. Good communication from staff. It was off season so breakfast was served at another hotel. It met our needs for the weekend.

I've tried hotel twice unfortunately both during off season so no breakfast, no working ice machine, fridge unplugged and no access to microwave. I don't feel it's a 9.6 rated stay. It's average at best.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Very clean room, it smelled faintly of bleach which I like because it meant clean. Bed/pillows were comfy. The rooms are well insulated. We didn't even use the heater even though it was low 30s. The temp in the room was comfortable. We couldn't hear neighbors. Cons: breakfast was being served at completely different hotel location NO BIGGIE, we didn't eat breakfast. I'd most definitely stay here again and another plus is the best dispensary in Branson is directly across the street!

Everthing was clean and comfortable. The day clerk was very friendly and imformative. Full breakfast from 6am to10am. And cobbler, ice cream and fresh cookies from 9pm-11pm so when you come back from the shows you can enjoy them. They also have games you can rent cheaply in case of bad weather or kids. We will definately be stayiing here again.

Playing Christian music in the lounge area, LOVED that the room was very clean, even in the corners (that was amazing, haven't been in a hotel that clean in awhile.we also enjoyed the recliner. That was a very big plus it was a very nice recliner (not like other hotels I've been in a hotel) The he staff was friendly and helpful A couple of suggestions - a bar in the back of the shower would be very helpful. And a highrise toilet. We were in room 100, which was a handicap room.

Was pleasantly surprised by the upkeep of the rooms. Not new but taken care of. The staff was very pleasant. Greeted us at breakfast. The nightly ice cream and cobblers was wonderful! Will definitely be staying again!
