This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels. The staff were great and friendly. They all seem to really take pride in their facility. It's in a great location. Very quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Old, dated and room was extremely humid.

We got a handicap room that we didn’t need, the bathroom counter was hardly there so no room for any toiletries, the shower head was installed incorrectly so was a pain to try and shower and also no bathroom fan so the bathroom stayed wet plus the room was incredibly humid the whole time so bad that my husbands shirt that was hung up felt damp and the Ac had to run the whole time just to keep the room semi cool, our room view was the side of the building and we asked for a different room right as we checked in and were told they were booked and that we had booked through 3rd party so they couldn’t help us with anything and that we had probably booked last min so therefore we got this room, we did not book last min it was booked almost a month ago if not longer so I feel like because we booked through hotels.com they gave us the worst room they had.

Staff was kind, from the front desk, maintenance man, cleaning staff, and dining staff, we were always greeted with a smile. This is a very kid friendly hotel. My only issue with the hotel is the one elevator, makes you practice patience.

The property was clean location was good you are 15 minutes away from all major attractions and downtown. The staff is very accommodating and the free breakfast is hot fresh and good. I would recommend this location to family and friends and next time we are in Branson we will stay at this location for sure if available.
