Front desk service was amazing Tiffany was super nice and made everything easy to go I would say the cleaning inside the condo wasn't great they were willing to come clean it and was very helpful but to come into a none clean wasn't the greatest but overall will be coming back

The place was gorgeous, very clean and quiet. An the fact that it had a security station with a guard in it made it feel very safe. The receptionist that checked us in was very nice and informative. The room was clean and spacious. My only issue was the the toilet in the master bathroom was broken, would not flush at all. An in the other bathroom the toilet wouldnt flush properly, it had very little pressure. Other than the im sure easy to fix plumbing issues, id rate the place 10 out of 10

It was quiet and had a lot of room. We had to attend a funeral and the staff checking us in were wonderful. There is a games/activities center and pool/hot tub. It made a rather sad time a better experience for our family.

Good value for money. we stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with a balcony. Beds were comfortable, quality furniture, well stocked kitchen unit. The jacuzzi in the main bedroom was a big hit ! Located in quiet area with easy access to everything in Branson.

Such a nice property that I bought a time share

I never thought that I would buy a time share. There are just too many problems that I have heard about. I rented a suite (really more of an apartment) for my family vacation. When we walked into the room my daughters walked right back out so that they could video their entrance and a tour of the rooms to show their friends. We had an amazing experience there.

The room had beetle bugs all over the place. We had checked in late so when we called to see if they can spray or give another room, we were told there is no one and only guard on duty was there. Also the room is odd with bath tub right next to the bed. Not sure if I should have expected it. Would not recommend

Great property/time but reserved room issue

The staff, room, property, activity center, indoor pool and other amenities were great. However, Hotels.com showed the standard room was a studio with kitchenette that slept 4 and had 2 queen beds, but at check in they gave us a 1 bedroom with king bed and a pullout sofa. The manager noticed there was an issue and spoke to us privately. I explained that I chose the 2 queen room pictured/advertised because of back issues. He explained that on Hotels.com if it’s a sleep 4 it will be a King with queen sleeper sofa that they did not have any sleep 4 studios or 1 bedrooms with 2 beds, that only their 2 bedrooms did. Since this was our 1st time reserving with them through hotels.com, he comped us the joining 1 bedroom that happened to be available. I was very impressed with him and his attitude. He suggested if booking through Hotels.com to always call the property to confirm that what you are reserving fits your needs and expectations. Great advice! This was the 1st time with Hotels.com that what we received wasn’t as advertised and we’ve used them for years. Being the holidays, i haven’t reached out to them yet, but hopefully they’ll correct the description / pictures for this property.
