It is a budget motel and for a budget motel was pretty good. The air worked, the bed was clean and comfortable, the room was quiet. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. The only suggestion I would have is make sure there is always coffee available at breakfast, and perhaps some ice water.

The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean, too. (If you like a fluffy pillow you might want to ask for an extra pillow.) They also have a washer and dryer (you have to pay form them) and I was glad of that since we were there for a week. The front desk workers were very nice and friendly. They were very accommodating with our requests. They do offer a breakfast however, I never went to breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The pool was very, very clean (I was really impressed by this!). The Inn is situated so that if you go down to the right of the pool we could see the Drone and Fireworks from Silver Dollar City. I would definitely stay in this place again. We were there for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay.

It was a cheaper motel, but with getting cheap it is cheap. Older building/old ac/pillows bad and only 2 on a bed. Wasn't as nice as the pictures showed online. It was clean, but I won't choose this one again

When i came to check in the front drsk was empty and there was no way to get staff attention. Once staff came out he did not greet me, he rudely questioned my age (my id was already in my hand), he couldnt find my reservation saying i didnt book until i pulled up my comformation. The rooms were nice and clean, i wish there were more cameras outside though. I also wish the room came with a do not dosturb sign so we werent woken up by house keeping at 9am. Also the front desk was locked and unabaible when we went in the morning.

The bath tub had a ring around it. Coffe pot in the Room was dirty. Breakfast time very limited. Late opening the door to utilize the sad breakfast that we did not eat . Great location if they would make some physical upgrades in and around and work on cleaning and improving breakfast. The pool was clean but closed early.

Nice comfortable rooms. Great value for our family. Got 6 rooms all together and they were very accommodating. The pool was great and loved how close it was to Silver Dollar City without all the crazy traffic!

Worst Reception Staff ever

The reception staff is the worst I have ever encountered. They don’t care about the customers and greet you with contempt. They don’t seem happy and make it clear that your presence is a bother to them. The hotel itself is average, but the reception staff is terrible. I will never return.

Not a safe place

This family trip was booked 3 months in advance and outside the price it was so close to SDC and had it had conjoining rooms. I requested the rooms being conjoined via notes to property as directed. I got a courtesy call to confirm the rooms. Which i asked again about the conjoined rooms he said thats something i will have to talk about when i check in they are booked up this weekend, i ask if they require a deposit which i was told no Time to check in and its a 100$ deposit per room the staff volunteer to only charge 1 100$ deposit instead of both rooms but he lied 2 pending charges for the room deposit, he also brung up the rooms i was requesting he was able to do that for me but its on the 3rd floor ok cool. The rooms were not conjoined just next door to one another. I have a room of 4 kids with the oldest being 18 and youngest being 1 so they would have walk outside to get to me conjoining rooms was important to me and my trip i would have went elsewhere. The rooms are what to expect for the price, bathroom sink dont have hot water, Stains on the comforters we slept under our personal throws. I asked for no housekeeping but after being out the next day one room had housekeeping. Fast forward to 2 hrs prior to check out i get a text message from my kids room that a man opened and shut their door i go to the office and the lady so calm say i will talk with housekeeping. One of the worse experience NOT safe

Rude check in at front desk

Room was clean and comfortable. Price is reasonable and we love the location because we are usually going to Silver Dollar City. Check-in employee was extremely rude and said our room may or may not be ready at check-in time. (It did end up being ready but she was so rude.) Night time person was extremely friendly and helpful. We checked out at 9:00 and at 10:53, I got a call from same rude person saying all our stuff was still in our room and check out is at 11:00. I told her we left at 9:00 and I told person at front desk when we left. She was still very rude and when realizing she was wrong, did not apologize and just hung up.
