I was in Branson for a day, and booked this hotel through Expedia for $124. After receiving a confirmation email, the hotel called stating they needed to cancel my reservation because a walk-in guest wanted the room. They mentioned a refund would be issued.
Later, they called back saying they had a room available but only for $187. When I declined, they called again offering the room at the original $124 rate. I had already lost confidence in their service and declined again.
This handling of my booking was unprofessional and created a poor customer experience. I would advise caution when booking here.
