This hotel was a huge disappointment. The room images did not match the actual room. Maybe those rooms in the images do exist, but it definitely wasn't ours. Our room was very small, and the bathroom was stuck behind the door and was also very small. The room also smelled quite bad and was very musty. The mattress, while it was king size, was likely the worst I've ever sleep on. The AC was extremely noisy and seemed to run continually. It obviously didn't work very well, as again, the room was very musty and damp feeling. This was likely why it smelled so bad. They provided free in room coffee, which we opened and laid on the AC to help with the smell. After 2 days of laying on the AC, the coffee filters were wet from the moisture in the room. I was really wishing I had paid for the cancelation option. On the good side, the breakfast was not too bad. They have 3 buildings and breakfast is only served in the middle one on the 2nd floor, which gets very crowded very quickly. The sheets and towels also seemed clean, and the mini fridge kept our drinks cold. Other than that, this was a terrible place to stay. I would not recommend it, even for the price. Don't ruin your Branson trip by staying at this hotel!
