Mattress worn out hard and soft spot. Bathroom was not very senior accessible. Try call front desk.the room phone was out of order and would not answer cell phone call.was in bld #2 Wife walk to bld #1 we're you check in maintenance did show upBut nothing he can do with the phone, but it was never fixed.While we were there on the last day, walking down to the breakfast room of 2nd floor we noticed roaches crawling from one of the rooms. I figured if they can't fix the phone. They can't get rid of bugs either.Would not recommend i guess this what I get for using expedia at this hotel use to be a good motel

We checked in the hotel and staff was fast and friendly. Our room was having air conditioning problems so I went to the front desk to ask about our options and the young man working was so nice! He went above and beyond to help us and we were able to change rooms. The breakfast was good it is a little small so busy area. The parking was fine. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend for families looking for an affordable place to stay in Branson.

House keeping didn’t come first day and when they came 2nd day they didn’t change sheets even though one of the beds needed it. Bathroom was very small and dated. Area was quiet and easy to park at.

Cute hotel. Safe is friendly. Rooms and building inside needs a little work. Our room had an odor, stain on the floor, and the tub creeked when you showered. Doe the price it was good place to stay. Good breakfast bar. Could use more seating.

We stayed over the Columbus Day weekend. We were surprised by the parking availability. Although it was busy, our check in was friendly and very speedy. The elevators were in good working order. We did not use some of the amenities, but we checked all of them out. The pool is large and maintained well. Down from the pool area there is a fun arcade for kids and vending machines. Our room was a jacuzzi suite with a king bed. It was a spacious room with a large flat screen TV on a swivel mount. Everything was very clean. Unfortunately, we had a creaky floor in our room, and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There is a hot breakfast buffet as well as an extended buffet with pastry options and cold cereal. We were surprised by how many options they offered, and enjoyed breakfast. Aside from some updating and better mattresses and pillows, it was great! The noise from the floor above us was quite loud our last morning there, but I will reiterate that we stayed on a holiday weekend when more noise is expected. The location is Fantastic with many options for gas, groceries, dining, shopping, and entertainment just around the corner from the Castle. This would be a Fantastic place to stay for a family on a budget. If they replace the worn out beds and pillows, I would not hesitate to stay again!

Coming back to room at 9pm on a Saturday and there was very limited parking available and it was a long way from our room. Beds in room above us were squeaky. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was fantastic.

Room was ok, lighting and bathroom was not good. Floor lamp dont work unless you plug it in and unplug it to turn on/off. Bathroom was so small, we almost had to step in bath tub to close the door. The sink lighting was not good, that is common it seems at other hotels.we have stayed at. We stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and had no complaints Most likely I wouldn't stay there again
