The room was clean and tidy. The fridge/freezer worked perfectly. A microwave was available. It was a great location for going to Silver Dollar City. The bed in our room was not very comfortable. I commented to White Wing about the bed and they said they do have rooms with newer style mattresses. Next time I will be sure to request one of those rooms.

Room was supposed to be keyless with my phone number being the code to the room. It didn't work, had to wait in the cold for them to come up and find a key. Room was clean. There were dishes to use in the room, pots and pans etc, but only a microwave to cook in. There were glasses to use that were disgusting looking. No disposable cups to use with the coffee pot, only glass cups. When the shower was turned on, water came out both the faucet and the showerhead. But more water came out the faucet than the showerhead. This meant you were standing in 2 inches of water the entire time you were showering. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. I had a hard time sleeping both nights and my back has hurt most of the day afterwards (both days.) Was staying on the third floor and no elevator in sight. Had to carried luggage up all stairs. Will not stay there again.

The rooms have keypads with codes for entry. One of the rooms i reserved i couldn't gain access to. They do not have staff on site so i called and texted their line multiple times trying to gain access to my room. After an hour someone finally arrived to let me in. After multiple calls/text back and forth saying they reset the code.

Floors looked like they needed mopped, there was a film of dirt everywhere. There were no white hand towels/washcloths. Request for some resulted in 4 large bath towels we did not need with no hand towels delivered. We did get wash cloths ok.

While we were there, there was a dog barking in another room quite a bit of the time, probably when it's owners were out the the room When booking the room, I thought I had booked a two bedroom, each with a queen bed, along with a foldout queen couch, but we were assigned a room with only two queen beds so my sister and I had to double up. I visited with my sister and a friend (all seniors). My sister and I have had knee replacements on both knees and we were disappointed that there was no elevator and the outside stairways could have been dangerous when going up and down, especially carrying luggage and other things up three floors. We stayed for six nights and, with no on sight staff, it was inconvenient with no towel service, etc., without calling for someone to come by.

The check in was all messed up! They are a keyless entry and I was supposed to get a room and a code! I didn’t and had to spend the night in another place cause no one was there to help called the number in door no answer and waited no call back! I lost money staying at this place! Expedia booked us at the White Wing Lodge but there were no rooms available so we were moved to a cabin at White Wing Resort by Table Rock Lake. Area looked ok. The grass had burrs everywhere so it was hard to take the dog out to potty. Bathroom looked dingy. Very low shower water pressure. No GFI in bathroom. Missing fire alarm in one bedroom. Some plates in the cabinet were dirty. There was a recliner in the middle of the breakfast/family room/kitchen area which crowded the area. There was no staff. I don’t think we will book at White Wing Reaort or Lodge in the future.

Room was dirty, no shower curtain and keyless door knob didn't work with the code it was supposed to be programmed with. Asked for a shower curtain to be put up and never happened. Room floor wasn't cleaned. Room also smelled like tale smoke and was supposed to be non smoking.
