It felt safer having to use a room key card for elevator to your room. Loved the location. Wish they had USB charging in the room but you could get adapter at front desk. I will stay there on my next visit.

Worst hotel stay

Air condition not working in the room and it’s extremely hot not comfortable to sleep or stay at. Reception is under staff and very slow check in process. Wasted so much time to speak to someone at desk or via phone. Very poor hospitality. Not even acknowledge it was a trip for special occasion.

Great location warm room

Great location situated right in the centre of the old town which was ideal for restaurants and entertainment. However our rooms AC didn’t seem to work and the room got very warm throughout the night

Convenient for the castle and "UFO"

One night stay , there was a delay in checking in but we were compensated with a plentyfull free breakfast. Also, could use the small pool with a view of the Bratislava castle to cool off. The receptionists are very helpful and attentive . I asked for a superior room either with a river or castle view, which ever is the quietest. We got the river and "UFO" bridge view but could hear the traffic of the 3 road lanes.

Wonderful pool and that’s it

The pool, with fantastic view, is the only thing that makes this hotel worth staying, in my opinion. Breakfast was bad, with the cheapest jam availeble, stale bread and pastries and over all really poor selection. Waiting time for check in was long, eventhough I wrote a mesage to the hotel about slippers, they were not in my room.
