Dump do not stay here

Very bad hotel ,rooms where dirty with old furniture and blackout curtains had holes in them .looked like a very bad hostel , made pay extra to have a clean room and called it an upgrade . Very bad attitude with staff not very helpful. Better hotels in the area for the same money .

Don't stay here

Really dirty rooms-carpets were filthy, under beds never hoovered, surfaces on tables, night stands etc were so dirty. Only plus side is the location, v central and safe area. Didn't eat in the hotel so not sure of food quality. Would definitely not stay here again due to the room dirtiness.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Zur Burg in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt in der Altstadt. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit den Zimmernachbarn. Unser Zimmer 315 hatte eine Verbindungstüre zum anderen Zimmer. Wir hörten jedes Wort und musste Earplugs verlangen. Schade… In diesem Hotel lohnt es sich zu fragen, ob das Zimmer eine Verbindungstüre hat! Alles in allem wegen der guten Lage und es doch hohen Komforts ist das Hotel empfehlenswert .

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem und kompetenten Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Zudem ist die Stadt ein empfehlenswerter Ort. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Services insuffisants

TVhors service, le personnel du soir ne peut y remédier, le personnel du matin suivant n'est pas informé un technicien viendra l'après midi régler le problème (un cablage mal fait) devant le personnel responsable 24 heures sans accès a internet et sans solution

Teilnahme an einem Anlass

Hotel war gesamthaft sehr gut (wir waren allerdings nur beim Frügstück und über die Nächte im Hotel). Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein (für einen längeren Aufenthalt wiederholt sich zu sehr das Angebot). Ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis (man bekommt recht viel Hotel für das Geld). Falls man Hotel für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt, mit nützlichem Komfort und in einer Lage, von wo man auch zu Fuss weit kommt oder schnell Anschluss zu Strassenbahn wünscht, ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.
