This was by far the best rental experience we’ve ever had since we started our annual trips in 2020. Marilyn was a wonderful host and her home felt like a home. Her instructions on how to get to the property, activities around town, groceries, etc went the extra mile and were truly appreciated. My husband and I kept saying we felt like we were staying at a family/friend’s house instead of just another rental because of how comfortable we felt. We felt welcomed & cozy and the home was well equipped with anything and everything you’d need. The neighborhood was quiet and HOA restricted outdoor lights after 10PM so stargazing was phenomenal. We also LOVED that every room had a humidifier. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

The hostess was wonderful at communicating with us, sending pictures of moose in the area! We appreciated that the hostess was willing to share anything in the house, especially both garage stalls! The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc, and has many games, DVDs, books for all ages. It's a great property!

Property had excellent location and provided adequate space for our party . Owner was responsive to our questions. There were several items that we could have used that were not readily available such as a toilet plunger and a set of sheets for the futon.

Ski vacation

We enjoyed our ski vacation stay with a family of six, mostly adult children. Very beautiful, spacious home. Just a short drive to the busy Breckenridge downtown. Parking is tight at the townhome if you have a large vehicle. Definitely need four wheel drive to ensure you can make the driveway with snow. Thank you Marilyn!

Amazing property

This place in Blue River was perfect for our mountain vacation. Plenty of room for our family with a homey feel. Close enough to Breckenridge to be able to enjoy the town as well! The host is very kind as well!

Perfect place for our family! Gorgeous views!

This place is awesome! It’s bedrooms were very comfortable, the host is amazing, and the views (yes, there are views from every room!) are absolutely gorgeous! This house is a close drive to downtown, but away from the hustle and bustle. We loved everything about this place, and we would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Mountain View from every room - review

This property was exactly as described and the views were fantastic. My family (wife, daughter, mom, & mother-in-law) were all very comfortable here. Marilyn was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. She even helped with activity recommendations and gave advice on how to minimize the effects of altitude sickness. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone interested.

Great Location

This was an absolutely great location! Very quiet and only 20 minutes to the North Gondola Lot! It really does have amazing views from every room! Layout was great and it was well stocked. Marilyn was a great host and we would stay here again!

Amazing Family/Friends/Work Vacation

We had a great time in this wonderful home. We spent over a month living, working, and vacationing. The home is very well appointed and maintained. Family and friends visited during our stay and the layout worked well for a group. An easy drive to skiing in Breckenridge. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation. Marilyn our host was very responsive a pleasure to work with. We are dreaming about a return trip already.

Winter Ski Stay!

The house was beautiful and very well appointed! Just about 6-7 minutes from the outskirts of Breckenridge so it was easy to get to the slopes. They had everything you could need in a VRBO. My only recommendation is to make sure you have a 4 wheel drive car. The driveway is a little steep and if you get any snow a 2 wheel drive car will have issues. Otherwise this house is great, well appointed with plenty of space for a large family!
