This property is beautiful! The view is absolutely gorgeous! Debbie is an excellent host! This home is stocked with everything you could think of and more! She was very helpful and very quick to respond to my questions! We were able to take our dog with us and he loved walking around the private neighborhood and hanging out on all 3 decks!! We truly enjoyed our stay!

The property was absolutely stunning. Definitely had the "wow" factor. Our host, Debbie, took care of every need and was very helpful and gracious. Follow her directions to the cabin. They were perfect! We got to meet the cabin's pet hummingbirds who greeted us every morning. The beds were super comfortable and the grounds and garden were beautiful. Couldn't have asked for better! Thank you, Debbie, for an unforgettable vacation!

Escape to Heaven

We were so happy to return to arrowhead point of view and loved our time there once again. Everything you could possibly need is in the home and there’s so many great trails and places to explore close by. Looking forward to our next trip back to take in the most perfect view.

Heavenly!

I booked this vacation rental as a surprise birthday getaway for my husband, and we were both thoroughly impressed! The pictures don't do the view justice. We literally spent hours on the deck just staring off into the distance while listening to the sounds of nature. It was mesmerizing! The house itself is so cozy and has everything you could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed gazing at the stars from the hot tub after dark. The bed in the master bedroom was quite comfortable, and if you leave the curtains open, you can even enjoy the beautiful view from bed! Debbie went above and beyond to make this a special weekend with a sweet birthday note accompanied by a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a birthday treat! She was great with communication for any questions I had and provided lots of information for those who aren't familiar with the area. If you're looking for beauty and solitude while still enjoying all the comforts of home, this is the place!

SPECTACULAR!

Words cannot adequately describe the serene view of the mountains afforded by this comfortable cabin. The cabin was well equipped, clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a bit further out than we thought but the drive was worth it once you arrived. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place to sit back and commune with nature and the wonders God has wrought.

Wonderful cabin in the woods with beautiful view. Wake up to see clouds on the mountains. Relax on multiple decks or on a separate gazebo. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful place

This is a wonderful place with a beautiful view. Relaxing and away but close enough to a lot of things to do - beautiful waterfalls, parks and shopping in Brevard and other locations.

A Thanksgiving to Remember

Just home from our wonderful stay at APOV and we are missing the incredible mountain view. We have traveled to SC or NC for the past several years to celebrate Thanksgiving and we are always seeking a home nestled in the mountains. Often we have sacrificed the accommodations for the view- at APOV we did not have to! The home was so well appointed, all the right touches. You can trust the photos online. The view was as incredible as other guest have described. I am a cook and I loved being able to prepare meals in an open kitchen while enjoying my families company as they played cards, studied, watched tv in the dining and living rooms. The appliances are top notch! Communication with our host was amazing- incredible detail with directions and such a willingness to answer any questions and to be helpful in any way. My husband said best accommodations to date, and my daughters said best Thanksgiving memories. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home- we will certainly be back again!

This is the one

This is the place. View cannot be beat. Fire pit, three balconies, a cabana-type thing (also with amazing views). The house was exceptionally well stocked - every detail considered. The host was easy to communicate with, friendly, and contacted me to make sure we had everything by needed for a wonderful getaway. The house’s location is a perfect launch point for waterfall hunting, mountain biking, fly fishing. Loads of Pisgah books, maps, and pamphlets at the house are helpful for planning, if you don’t know the area. A really wonderful place.

Incredible view and SILENCE

We love Brevard and all our stays offer amazing valley/mountain views. THIS home however is the first we found with water (river/lake) views and as mentioned in the heading....total solitude other than the sound of wings (hummingbirds) we first thought were bugs ;-}!! Some of the access roads were a tad adventurous but you get used to it quickly. The covered porch was the perfect addition and permitted incredible views in the rain and lightning striking the mountain tops many miles in front of us.

Gorgeous view!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Arrowhead Point of View! The owner was incredibly accommodating and the house had every needed amenity and then some. The WiFi works extremely well, as well as cellular reception. In case you need to do some work during your stay. It’s is close to Pisgah National Forest, Brevard, Lake Toxaway, and Cashiers/Highlands. If you like hiking, biking, kayaking, good local food, and art, you will love being in this area.
