Great property and location. Very difficult to reach the front desk by phone and when I left messages, per their instructions, I never received a return phone call or message. My room, Room127, was very noisy as it was next to the weight room which was being used at 8-9 pm when many of us skiers, and little kids, are trying to sleep. Also had kids running up and down the hallways upstairs which sounded like a heard of elephants. Soundproofing does not seem to exist, so some reasonable noise policies seem to be in order. Overall, a very nice place for the money and would definitely consider it again, but a different room, if possible for the configuration I had.

We had an amazing stay here. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The attached restaurant and bar, the Lift had great food and their staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Staff had one guy running around doing it all. He was great!! Service in dining room was ok. Took a long time to get a check while other larger tables were taken care of. Breakfast Buffet ran out of items and another guy was running around while others watched. Great place. We will be back but not to done in.
