Great staff, clean rooms, and nice amenities. The only thing to be mindful of is the thinness of the walls in the rooms. We could hear the kids running down the halls and in the room above us. We didn’t complain but it was a bit of an annoyance. Parents need to do better with controlling the running and hollering. Especially early in the morning when some of us were sleeping.

The noise! Room 101–there is about a 1” gap under the door. All sound from the hallway just permeated into the room. The nonstop door slamming (possibly the side entrance beside our room) or the door to the stairs? (Across the hall) or the maintenance (?) room (A couple doors down). But it was all night! No less than 30 slams.(not shuts..slams! Heavy spring loaded doors) Around midnight I had to actually yell ‘shut up’ to a loud mouth chic standing outside of our door, running her mouth. I couldn’t keep my eyes open after 4:30 pm today from the lack of sleep after traveling for 2 days with less than 3 hours of broken broken broken. All of upper management need to stay in that room one night between 2 busy shifts.

All in all a pretty good stay. The television didn’t work and they were unable to fix it which was a drag on a football Saturday night. It’d be nice not to hearing screaming kids in the hallway at 10 pm, but I don’t see how it’s the hotels fault.
