The shower head would fly off if you used full water pressure …could have hurt someone . The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on a concrete pad.The staff were very friendly and ready to help in anyway which was the saver of the stay.

Clean, safe, good meal options walking distance

Comfortable bed, clean room & bathroom. Breakfast was ok; nothing great. . Yogurt, packaged pastries, waffle maker, pkg oatmeal, hot ‘entree’ was biscuit & sausage gravy (would have prefer an option of plain scrambled or hard boiled eggs, no sausage). Area felt safe & an easy walk to a little strip plaza with options for pizza or a great Irish pub. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful

Placed in a handicapped room with no other rooms available. Bathroom was not laid out for people without handicaps. This has happened before at this hotel. I think they prefer to cater to reservations from their own website than someone who’s reservations were from an outside provider like hotels.com
