It was OK when we checked in the lady wasn’t very nice to us at all. She was actually reviewing a paper on how to text someone in while she was checking me in. I was charged double with the room should be. They told me the charges would fall off. They have not fallen off yet. You can hear everyone up and down the hallways room, SERVICE never came once! Not sure why?!?!?

At first i thought the hall was being renovated. Scuff marks on the wall from cleaning carts and peeling wallpaper were prevalent. Tile in bathroom corners dirty and suspicious brown spot on floor by the toilet. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was limited, pancake maker broken, no yogurt and very few breads and muffins. It was a place to sleep for the night.

Smelled of mold,clogged drains, asked for a new room was given a room that was occupied but their computer said was vacant, woken up at 430 am because of sewage smell..overall was a bad experience with them for the money spent..room was booked from sat to mon n ended up leaving next morning..wasnt offered a refund nor was asked why i was checking out early

Unfortunately when we arrived with our reservation there was not a room available with 2 queen beds. Never had this issue before so was concerned that we would not have a room for the night. It took some time but the hotel staff got us sorted into 2 rooms with king beds. Big thanks to the staff at the hotel for finding a solution 👍. As a Customer Service Manager I empower my team to find solutions and that is exactly what these 2 did for my family.

Nice staff. The room was outdated. The bathtub had rust along the edges. The back of the bed was dirty. Toilet seat was broken. Room smell was a bit musty. I only stayed for one night, so it did the job.

Property is outdated. There was blood on the sheets that we didn’t see until the morning. Yuck! The continental breakfast left much to be desired. The bathroom looked run down, the wall pain was peeling & the bathtub was rusted. We were only staying one night & pushed through, but I would never stay again.

I just love this location. It’s so beautiful with the mountains in the trees. The staff are outstanding at meeting all your needs, and it has definitely been worked on and upgraded within the last year. Great laundry facilities and equipped with pay for items like laundry detergent etc in case you forgot them. The mattress was so comfortable it was hard to get up for the complimentary breakfast. I would love to see some benches outside.!
