The accommodation is very well situated: close to the Cultural Centre, West End shopping and dining opportunities, and not far from buses and the train. Having a bedroom, kitchen and lounge area is convenient. Monique at reception is friendly and very attentive to any issues that might arise. I was impressed by the view from my eighth storey balcony. If there is a vacancy, I will definitely stay at Morgan Suites next time I am in Brisbane.

Very nice location and having two bedrooms after 40 days with my brother, it was nice to spread out a little. I walked from the Queen Street Mall across the bridge, visited the Art Museum and then was almost at the hotel. The coffee shop in the building was an excellent surprise.

Great Location, Great for Public Transport.

We were lucky and got an upgrade but the apartment (at No 18) was very good, with all facilities including in room laundry & drier. A huge balcony, no particularly great views but a great spot for outdoor breakfast while self catering. Shared access to a swimming pool in the building was also very welcome. Easy access on foot to arts theatre, bars, buses, trains, ferries, Streets Beach, a few supermarkets, and bridges across to business district. Check in was easy & friendly with good communication before we arrived. Fairly easy to get to by direct train from airport & 10 minutes walk.

I found this accommodation is not good for business travel. There were very limited power points (one on the kitchen counter) and no desk, I had to purchase a power strip and extension cord to work on my laptop at the kitchen table. The bathroom shower floor was a bit slimy and slippery - when I first entered the unit, there was a mouldy smell because the shower door was shut. I was not impressed with the unit.

Very run down and dirty.

I’ll start with the good. The receptionist was very nice and said she had upgraded us to a city view room which was a nice thing to do. The place was easy to find and good to have parking available although $15 per night. Good location. Fairly small for a 2 bedroom. The apartment was unfortunately very filthy. When you’re paying such a high price you expect the place to be clean. I’ve stayed in many apartments in Southbank but this has definitely been the worst. The carpets were filthy we ended up having to wear shoes the whole time and put a mat by the bed to have clean feet to get in to bed with. Not great for a crawling baby that you couldn’t let touch the dirty floor. The washing machine was full of mold and smelt rotten. The showers were also full of mold. The dishes were filthy. There were a pair of underwear left in the bedroom. The shower door gets stuck closed and you nearly have to break it to get out. Top it off they expect you to clean your dishes and empty all the rubbish or you will get fined $100.

A great place to stay. We had a 1-bedroom apartment which was very spacious, a nice little Balcony and very clean. the location is great. a 10-minute walk to West End or Southbank. We would definitely stay here again!
