Didn’t meet expectations

The good: check in was great, staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Lots of places to eat nearby. The not so good: the internet is poor and when it rains the tv goes out. When we called the front desk about it, they said that there were 14 other rooms without tv, but they did offer to move us to another room( we declined). In the bathroom, the tub faucet was loose, which made it hard to pull the thingy up to turn on the shower. Shower was also pretty narrow, my husband didn’t care for the shampoo. We grabbed a cheesecake from the restaurant, overpriced and very small- looked like a Sara Lee cheesecake from the grocery store. We didn’t eat anything else from the restaurant, so I can’t review any of that.

Terrible stay

We picked to this location due to the pool and hot tub. We always choose a place with a hot tub. When we got there we were notified that both were out of service. I have pictures. The bathroom was not clean. I counted at least two bugs in the bathroom... The laundry room was also out of service. The beds were horribly uncomfortable... Will never stay here again.

The room was spacious and very clean. We were only given 2 towels for 3 of us for a 4 night stay, that was the only issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable, my husband and I had neck and back pain after sleeping there for 4 nights.

I drove coast to coast and back staying at multiple hotels overnight. This particular hotel being my last prior to returning home to Maryland. This hotel far exceeds any other hotel stay! Clean, safe, convenient, quiet, and very relaxing. I slept the best of my entire trip!

Nice hotel. Clean. Super friendly, Leah, at check in made us feel very welcome. She had a delightful personality. Very hospitable and helpful. Room was quiet, cozy, and clean. Only suggestion (hoping management actually reads this) is to have lids and sleeves that actually fit the coffee cups in rooms. I almost scalded my hand with hot coffee as the over-sized sleeve almost rose above the cup and lid flew off while I was walking. They’re both wayyy too big for the cup provided. I’d hate for them to have a bad accident that costs them and burns someone (easy to do since the proper cups and lids aren’t provided). Other than that, all else was wonderful!!!
