I apologize for any confusion here but I am hijacking this feedback. I had ZERO problem with the actual property. I never stayed at the property. I had a problem with the UI when I booked the hotel night and got the wrong night. I attempted to change or cancel/rebook literally within 30 seconds of the error and have gotten nothing but stonewalling from Expedia through the channels I’ve been able to find. I’d love to get a refund and give a great review, but so far I have struggled and failed to find an avenue to resolution.
