The property did NOT look anything like it was advertised on Expedia! Arriving at the parking lot we noticed there was mold all along outside of the hotel. The receptionist greeted us while eating fries, the desk chairs were all torn apart not to mention the rooms were dirty and the bathroom appliances were falling apart. If I could add pictures I would. The breakfast area was discussing and the food was cheap quality. The gym, pool and ice machine was out of order! We would never stay in this hotel again!

First off I want to say most of the people I met that worked here were absolutely wonderful and very nice. There was one gentlemen who worked the front desk, he seemed very unpleasant. I and my family members with me never saw him do anything, but sit behind the front desk with a fan with most unwelcoming look on his face. The biggest turn off to this hotel is it is absolutely disgusting. I have an 8 month old child and a 2.5 year old. My 8 month olds hands, knees and feet were brown from putting him on the floor in our room while trying to get his pack n play up for him to sleep in. My two year old had constantly black feet from walking on our floor. The bedding had brown stains on it like they hadn’t been stripped completely off in a while. I also went down stairs for breakfast one day and got a bowl of cereal and some milk dripped on the floor so I cleaned it up and the napkin was literally black where the milk was from dirt. I definitely will not be returning to this hotel, because of how unclean it is. If it was better kept I’d definitely go back just because of the people that worked there and how nice they were.

came for a funeral and ended up in a living hell!!

Terrible! The two clerks were at the desk smoking a cigarette, we visited for a funeral with My 18 month old son and 5 year old daughter. We booked online and arrived approximately at 2am. With that being said I wanted to check out instantaneously but I waited until the morning time because it was hard to find a hotel willing to check us in at 2am. When we got in the elevator it smelled like sewage. When we entered our room we had to play around with the key cards to get them to work. When we finally entered our room it smelled horrible and was really dusty. The toilet had poop in it and when trying to flush it, it over flowed! The lady at the front desk said she was disappointed because a supervisor cleaned our room. They sent someone to clean the now poop off the floors with towels! It was so horrible at entry! Even worst! My son was sleepy we put him in bed, when we pulled the covers back it was dirty foot prints and hair on the covers! The pillow was flipped on the clean side but on the opposite side it had a huge brown fudge like stain that was really clumpy signifying that the pillow hasn’t even been washed!! The floors were wet! Air conditioner didn’t work! The television has a crack in it! It was all a nightmare! I called corporate office to complain and I’m looking forward to a return call! If I don’t hear from anyone I plan on calling the news channel and getting someone to investigate and make sure that code enforcement is checking into things like this!

Lets start with no ac walking through the building. The pool was a must for our stay due to it being my 11 yr old grandson's birthday, broken. Elevator broken had to walk up and down from the 4th floor. Room door wouldn't shut well had to use bolt lock to stay secured. Vending machine broken. The staff was really friendly even though the heat was unbearable for them. Multiple fans in the lobby to try and cool staff. Breakfast foods was amazing, heat was roughly 85 degrees. That facility needs to be closed until all repair are fixed. Would not recommend this property. 128.00 for a dump

The rooms were not bad at all. Main minus was the elevator was not working at the time of the stay but only had 1 heavyitem to bring in. The place is obviously renovating but just needed a stay for 1 night was not bad overall. Probably will be better when the renovations are done

From the website the property was very nice. Ivey who greeted us when we arrived was very nice. The room was not good. The curtains was falling down, there was blood on the pillowcase, looked like smeared blood on the wall, and when we took a shower the water filled up in the tub. I was so disturbed about the pillow case I didn’t take a picture of it. My husband took the pillow downstairs and they changed the pillow case.

2nd stay with 90 days. Will never stay again. Still no pool, no exercise room nor any answers to when they may reopen; this time no AC in the lobby. Breakfast at 80+ degrees with fans blowing, the front doors wide open letting in bugs & mosquitoes. The outside looks of the building are atrocious. Oh, we were able to watch employees washing their personal vehicles on two consecutive days. Again, never, ever, again. We had friends accompany us from FL for a funeral and mold was found in their room.

It was clean, inexpensive, safe and comfortable. No frills. Did have a breakfast. The staff was so nice, from the front desk clerks to the cleaning staff. Very nice and friendly. The food service staff was very helpful.
