This is a combo hotel with Hilton Gardens which was not expected. We stayed two nights. The staff was amazing. The two hotels share a pool and a restaurant. Cleanliness was on the lower end mostly due to the animals allowed in the building. The carpet in the hallways were dirty in several areas, the hallways smelled bad, and animal hair was very obviously an issue near checkout time. Overall, the room was okay and the A/C unit vent was clean. However, I killed several spiders and we had a dying roach in the kitch area the second morning. We spilled some ice and water in the kitchen area. When cleaning up the floor with a white towel, we discovered the floor was very nasty. The beds were on the harder side but bearable for about 6 hours of sleep. I love kitchen area and sitting area when traveling with small kids. I wish the hotel would have a floor that was non-smoking and no animals allowed. This would be greatly appreciated for people with allergies to animals like my family. We survived by taking an dose of benadryl at night. The breakfast was amazing the first morning. The second morning it was obvious someone didn't show up for their shift. They had some food out (minimum) but supplies and condiments were not filled up. We saw one person this morning and she was moving as fast as possible to fill up items. Honestly, I am not sure I would stay at this hotel again but I do love the extra room and the kitchen area.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned There was hair and dirt spots in the shower and on the bathroom floor and bits of toilet tissue. They rushed the room and did not clean very well. Other than having to clean it and disinfectant the room the stay was okay.

Perfect Hotel for Family Overnight Stay

Loved the full size fridge/freezer and sink with dishwashing soap, towel, and scrub pad. Made it easy to have a little meal in the room. Also great free breakfast and indoor swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean.

Nice property in terms of furnishing for long term stay (even though just here for evening). There is an Aldi on the other side of the road which would make it convenient if into preparing own food. Only disappointment was in food options available in the adjoining Hilton Garden Inn’s dining room. They didn’t have pizza that was listed on menu. The wings were decent, but no celery? There are other restaurants nearby but like having something on property. As an aside, I tried to book directly

The hotel was nice and clean for the most part. Our floor smelled like vomit and diarrhea. Lucky for us the the smell didn't permeate the room, but hit you in the face upon exiting. I am not sure it was the repair to one of the elevator shafts or what but it was awful. Everything else was good and clean.
