The pluses include a quiet, clean, room. Perfect location if your visit is centered on the Village's activities. We stayed in room 108 with two queen beds. The room was small and probably could benefit from a bit of renovating. We found the beds to be a bit soft for our liking. The toilet seat was broken and was repaired while we occupied the room. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about. All in all an unremarkable room and the Inn has rather ordinary amenities, especially when you consider the additional "resort" fee that's tacked onto the room rate. In short, a not so good value for the cost of the room.

Location was the best part of the stay. The inn is close to old Main Street and the pier. Do not have expectations. The staff was ok but not overwhelming friendly, the accommodation were clean but the whole place was a bit dated and I can’t quite put my finger on it but odd. The breakfast room had a nice fancy coffee machine which made up for the horrible in room coffee. So if you are a coffee first thing bring you own keurig cups. Otherwise, the bed was really comfortable and it met our needs for our two day in amazing St Simon’s.

The room was worn out and not maintained. The bed was falling apart, the furniture was old and chipped. There were stains on the walls. The shower didn’t have very good water pressure. Just the experience we had hoped for.

Location was awesome! Room was clean and tidy, but older so the sounds were amplified from the rooms surrounding. Breakfast was free and simple, but many walkable cafes for food and coffee. Overall wonderful experience, especially around the holidays bc the town was illuminated with lights.

Friendly staff and nice room. Short walk to lighthouse (hence the name) across the street. Right next to the pier, restaurants, and shops. Our new go to place to stay for visits to St. Simons and Jekyll islands.

Location is great. Room is tired and dirty. Mildew on bathroom walls, plumbing fixtures broken. Hangers on the wall where there used to be pictures. Breakfast is leftover grocery store bagels and a toaster.
