Lovely hotel with great staff

I really enjoyed my stay in the Aloft hotel. It is a very modern, stylish hotel with friendly staff. the room was big and clean and had everything we needed. the location is very convenient, just a few stops from central station

Great city break hotel

Excellent, very comfortable hotel room, staff very friendly & no request was too much trouble. nice bar and snack area open 24 hours. lobby area very relaxing. very modern hotel ideal for a city break!

Really nice hotel and so close to the Metro

We received a warm welcome and enjoyed the whole stay! A block and a half from the Metro. A convenient store along the way. We had a welcome drink of Perrier for free :) Also, if you don't require housekeeping during your stay, you can get a free 5 euro voucher to use at the snack bar/bar/or charity. Really nice place to stay overall. We would definitely stay again.

hôtel et personnel très sympathique

Pros: Le personnel La chambre son emplacement géographiquement par rapport à l'endroit ou je devais me rendre
Cons: L'isolation des fenêtres. c'est joli l'aluminium mais le courant d'air que cela procure, beaucoup moins et la perte de chaleur doit coûter cher....
Location: Quartier sécurisé par des caméras car proche du quartier des affaires. Bien éclairé. Manque de magasins d'alimentation et kiosques.
J'ai juste eu un problème de climatisation (trop froide et pas facile à régler) mais le personnel a réagi de suite. Hôtel très accueillant et le personnel très sympathique et très serviable. chambre très belle et proche du quartier des affaires. je n'ai pas de point négatif à dire mis à part qu'on entends les voisins du dessus se doucher mais comme on ne se douche pas 6h, ça va ! :) Petit déjeuner copieux. vous avez le choix entre toutes sortes de pâtisseries, charcuterie, céréales et jus de fruit. c'est selfservice et autant qu'on veut. Il n'y a pas de restaurant à l'hôtel mais des barquettes (préparée comme dans un bon restaurant) sont à vendre et un micro-onde est a disposition. Il y a un bar très sympa dans l'hôtel. Les ascenseurs sont accessibles avec la carte magnétique de votre chambre. Le métro et arrêts de bus sont très proches et des taxis sont toujours à disposition. La chambre est grande et la salle de bain est confortable. le seul hic c'est peut être le mini bar qui est vide mais comme expliqué avant, vous avez un coin "nourriture/boisson" à disposition à la réception. il y a toujours quelqu'un à la réception pour vous aider et à n'importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit. Le personnel vous accueille en français ou anglais (en tout cas pour ceux qui j'ai côtoyé) et sont toujours prêts à vous aider (bus à prendre, lieu intéressant à visiter, géographie,...etc). Je recommande cet hôtel pour les personnes qui doivent se rendre à Bruxelles. Merci Ebookers

Zeer aangenaam hotel

Dit hedendaags hotel gelegen in het centrum van Brussel is uiterst goed geisoleerd zodat men geen last heeft van het geluid van de stad. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. De kamers zijn modern en functioneel ingericht. Een echte aanrader !

Naja

Für ein paar Tage reicht es. Personal ist extrem schwach. Zimmer sind stylisch, Essen ist schlecht, Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt.

Wirklich ein sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsangebot

Das ganze Hotel ist etwas dunkler gehalten, aber mit sehr modernen Farbtupfer aufgefrischt. Moderne begehbare Dusche, großzügig. Bequemes Bett, einzig was fehlt ist ein Kleiderschrank. Ein Supermarkt findet man gleich auf der anderen Seite und so kann man die Minibar schnell mit günstigen Getränken füllen. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstücksbüffet hat ordentlich was zu bieten. Die Bar ist klasse, es gibt überall verschiedene Stühle und einen Billiardtisch, kostenlos! U-Bahn in der Nähe und der Bus haltet direkt vor dem Hotel.
