Everything is great at this property. If I have to pick one thing to complain about, it is the dim lighting in the room. Bathroom is very bright which is nice, but the bedroom area is too dim.

Very nice place, the lobby was very inviting. Don't be fooled by the coffee machine that says espresso though, it is not. Overall it was a great place. However, the room decor was designed by somebody who is seriously depressed. It's very dark and brown and black. Use some colored jazz it up a bit. Breakfast was very good!

We loved our king suite room at the Best Western, and the fact that the hotel is in a great location right outside Bryce Canyon. The bed and room were very comfy. In February, there isn't much going on nearby however and there were really only 2 restaurants where one can dine (neither particularly good)

Great mini vacation

We came up for Winterfest at Bryce Canyon. I really enjoyed the location of this hotel in regards to the access to all the activities. The breakfast was great. Overall, I enjoyed my state and I would stay here again.
