The Bouganvillage residence is located in the residential area of Tanaunella, just 35 km from the port and airport of Olbia, 2 km from the renowned town of Budoni and 8 km from San Teodoro. The apartments, with separate entrance, are located inside the central building or outside in the immediate vicinity. The excellent location allows you to reach in few minutes some of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, including Porto Ainu, the marina of Posada with its spectacular pine forest, the marina of Budoni and the oasis of Bidderosa. For lovers of "not only sea" sites archeologists, wildlife, folklore, nature, food and wine itineraries, nightlife and much more.
The apartments can be on the ground floor with a patio or on the 1st floor with a veranda, equipped with table and chairs. Finely furnished, equipped with oven, TV, toaster, (some with sensors for gas leaks and emergency alarm), air conditioning or air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. All with a kitchenette with everything needed for cooking.
The structure provides for mandatory costs to be paid locally; including a security deposit (see section house rules and notes).
