Positive: Happy staff, clean rooms, very nice shuttle staff and vehicles that were clean and comfortable. Nice rooms with king sized beds. It was hard to find rooms without bunk beds in Anaheim. The room temperatures were perfect. Our room was very quiet. The morning had a Starbucks with pastries and breads and parfaits we could grab and eat. It was super convienet. The restaraunt food was good and the staff very kind and pleasant. Negative: We lost 3 hours the first day of vacation waiting for the rooms to all be ready. We tried to check in 1 hour early, rooms were not ready. Fair enough. We went out and ate a huge lunch for an hour. When we returned, the rooms were not ready, and they were not ready for another 3 hours. Then, the first night the toilet was broken and kept runninduring the night. Also, our first night in a different room, the hot water was gone. It was fixed the next day with the toilet. The water pressure is low in all 3 rooms we had. There were little bugs in 2 of the 3 rooms that scared him.
