I choose this hotel because I needed a really cheap room. For less than $100 per night including tax, it was what you would expect. The room was the most basic room you can find, but not dirty. Was it super clean, no. But I wasn't afraid to sleep in the bed or use the bathroom. It was quiet, and there's a MacDonald next door which is convenient. Free parking was awesome as well. Staff were pleasant, but nothing outstanding. We stayed while going to Disneyland, which was a short 10 min drive. I would stay here again if I was looking for my cheapest option. Remember, you get what you pay for, but this hotel is clean and safe, need reasonably comfy, for a really great price.

Overall, I’d rate my experience a 4/10. First of all, the staff and the service were pretty average. The staff were pretty friendly till we voiced our concerns about our room. Our rooms had clearly not been cleaned properly. The sheets weren’t washed/changed. To make matters worse, there was clumps of hair in my bed where I was about to sleep. Which prompted my husband and I to go back to the front desk, to request for a different room. But before that, they had also locked us out of the room, with all of our belongings still inside. The front desk also proceeded to put the blame on us for apparently not returning the key to the room back on time, when we were just heading out to dinner. In the second room, the one we requested to have, had dirty, used, q-tips underneath my bed. Just mentioning, the front desk was also planning to give our previous room to another client while it was still dirty. Make sure if you go to this inn, check your bed throughly.

Always a Good Nite

This hotel is always mine and my friends first choice when we take our monthly trips to Disneyland, the staff are amazing and friendly, the room is always clean and cozy and anything we might need is close by, there’s literally a Target right down the street.

We booked at this property because other reviews seems to be good. We arrived at the property late and had to go to a check in window because the lobby was closed. When we got to the room it was hot and muggy. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and other odd smells. The bathtub had hair in it and the edges of the floor were not clean. The only upside was the staff members, they were pleasant. We didn’t complain or ask for another room because it was late and we realized that, you get what you pay for and we should have known better.

Stayed here to recover from my surgery with my parents, they had to take care of me. The room was okay until i noticed little worms crawling on the walls of the restroom. i have it on video. cleaning lady skipped cleaning our room two days in a row even though we asked for cleaning. i showed the video evidence to the incompetent front desk manager named KP and some lady who is supposedly also a manager and both decided it’s only fair to refund me 25% of ONE day out of the 5 night stay. i chose goodnite inn as the hotel to recover fron my surgery, so having worms and denial of cleaning was a major risk to my healing process. I will upload the video and add a link to this review if anyone would like to see the worms. I noticed a lot of parents taking their children to this hotel since it’s close to knots, word of advice NEVER bring a child here. I will update this post with any updates. I’ve contacted “Artemis hospitality” the owner of Goodnite Inn and they have not responded to my calls. If anything changes i will update my review
